Job summary

Premium Retail Services, part of the Acosta Group, is seeking a highly driven Recruiter to join a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on high-volume outreach and rapid candidate engagement across multiple markets to deliver hires.

You will conduct 50–100 daily calls, maintain accurate candidate data, and partner with hiring managers to meet weekly targets. Training is provided; benefits include healthcare, PTO, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as a recruiter in a high volume frontline hiring environment.
• 2 years experience working with an enterprise-level ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Excellent communications skills (verbal and written).
• Strong attention to detail and timely updates to applicants.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
• General understanding of employment law, compliance requirements and hiring best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of daily outreach (50–100 calls per day) to active and passive candidates.
• Drive fast response times to new applicants; speed is critical to success.
• Conduct efficient candidate conversations to assess fit and move candidates forward.
• Manage a high-volume requisition load across multiple locations and markets while maintaining attention to detail.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process from first contact to offer acceptance.
• Track activity, outcomes, and progress against daily and weekly goals.
• Generate candidate flow through job boards, database mining, referrals, and outbound sourcing.
• Complete behavioral-based phone screens and assess candidate fit.
• Maintain candidate data in the ATS and ensure a positive, efficient candidate experience.
