Qualifications

• Sourcing and screening candidates for multiple markets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with candidates and managers.
• Familiarity with ATS, Boolean search, and job advertising platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates using various recruiting channels.
• Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Utilize Boolean searches and passive outreach for talent discovery.
• Post and manage job advertisements across platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Participate in hiring events and recruitment initiatives.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain documentation.
• Support special talent acquisition projects as needed.
