SIMOS, a TrueBlue company, is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume light industrial staffing in Avondale, AZ. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, and manage the interview-to-onboarding process to deliver timely staffing solutions.

The role emphasizes grassroots outreach, community networking, and a strong customer-service mindset, with bilingual English/Spanish capabilities and a heavy emphasis on accurate records, compliance, and diverse candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high volume, fast-paced recruiting with ATS experience.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to collaborate, be a team player and work independently.
• Ability to manage a large workload promptly.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
• Develop recruiting plan and deliver effective orientations.
• Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Manage hiring process from offer to onboarding.
• Create an ongoing candidate pipeline.
• Manage paperless recruiting operations.
• Monitor effectiveness of ad campaigns.
• Participate in job fairs and community events.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance.
• Proactively build networks within the community to attract candidates.
• Manage daily candidate data tracking and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Handle escalations and manage expectations.
