• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong preference asset.
• Strong experience with Facebook recruiting groups and social media platforms.
• Proficient with ATS, onboarding platforms, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, production, and light industrial roles.
• Build and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Recruit through Facebook Job Groups, Marketplace, community pages, and other social media to generate applicants.
• Conduct community outreach at apartment complexes, workforce centers, events, and local businesses.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, background checks, I-9 verification, and E-Verify processes.
