Job summary

SIMOS seeks a Recruiter to support high-volume light industrial staffing in Brownsburg, IN. You will partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and guide offers through onboarding, while engaging with the community to attract talent.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of recruiting experience, strong ATS and MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple openings with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting with ATS/systems knowledge.
• Excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
• Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Manage the hiring process from offer to onboarding.
• Create and maintain an ongoing candidate pipeline.
• Monitor recruiting campaigns and candidate data for accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in job fairs and community events to attract talent.
• Maintain up-to-date records in internal systems.
