Job summary

Staff Management | SMX is hiring a bilingual Recruiter in Tolleson, AZ to lead end-to-end recruiting for client sites. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, schedule interviews, and manage offers while building a strong local talent pipeline.

The role requires 1+ years in full lifecycle recruiting, fluency in English and Spanish, and proficiency with ATS/HRIS and MS Office. On-site position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in full life cycle recruiting.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or HRIS.
• MS Office: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and fill field positions.
• Analyze industry, product, and geographic trends in talent.
• Manage tools, resources, and technologies to identify talent.
• Support full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, scheduling, interviewing.
• Determine recruiting sources for posting positions.
• Negotiate offers and assist in developing compensation packages.
• Develop efficient recruiting processes and recruitment plans.
• Create candidate pipelines and coordinate orientations.
• Influence hiring decisions for long-term fit; monitor ad campaigns.
• Participate in job fairs and community events.
