Job summary

You must read tickets, manage station setup, and work well with teammates to deliver top-notch guest service. Previous culinary experience of 1–2 years and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required for day shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management
• Regular attendance and punctuality necessary
• Must possess and demonstrate great attention to detail to maintain unit’s appearance and operating standards
• Must manage time effectively with minimum supervision and handle high pace production
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of culinary experience
• Must be able to read all tickets and organize food production in a timely manner

Responsibilities

• Follow Thunder Valley’s 4-Diamond Service Standards at all times
• Maintain proper station setup and labeling, rotation and storage
• Cook and present menu items that are flavorful and visually appealing
• Adhere to health department rules, HACCP, sanitation and safety procedures
• Read production par sheets and ensure consistency of all menu items
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and sanitation in the kitchen
• Communicate with managers about department activities and issues
