• Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Review, prioritize and submit print requests according to complexity and urgency.
• Deliver print jobs within established timeframes; maintain logs of work.
• Perform minor maintenance of reproduction equipment; resolve jams; arrange service calls.
• Take meter readings and monitor print supplies and stock.
• Inform clients of estimated completion times and resolve issues to satisfaction.
• Open/close the print center and keep it neat and professional.
• Adjust image quality and organize folders for print-on-demand orders.
• Prepare monthly production and volume reports for productivity and billing.
