Responsibilities

• Schedule and reschedule up to 60+ patients daily.
• Review daily treatment updates.
• Coordinate consent form process.
• Provide timely communication within the clinic to staff, doctors, and patients.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Coordinate up to five physicians' daily appointments.
• Provide customer service for patients and families.
• Act as a resource to resolve scheduling issues.
