Envita Medical Centers LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage patient flow for multiple physicians and IV therapies. The role requires detail orientation, analytical thinking, and compassionate communication to coordinate daily schedules and ensure timely care.

You will work Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm with no weekends or nights, starting pay at $20 per hour, with benefits including medical, life, dental, vision, and a 401K.

Qualifications

• Must have superb customer service at all times.
• Experience using Microsoft products and Practice Fusion is a plus.
• Ability to communicate professionally at all times.
• Able to learn quickly and adapt to changes in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and re-schedule up to 60+ patients a day.
• Review daily treatment updates.
• Coordinate consent form process.
• Provide timely communication within the clinic to staff, doctors, and patients.
• Resolve daily scheduling issues.
• Coordinate up to five physicians' daily appointments, ensuring ample time for exam and procedure completion.
• Provide customer service for patients and their families.
• Act as a resource to proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.

Schedule

Requirements/Qualifications

• Possess the cognitive skills necessary to understand complex medical terminology, instructions from physicians on patient care/preparation, and proper handling of medical records
• Must have superb customer service at all times
• Experience using Microsoft products and Practice Fusion is a plus
• Must be able to speak professionally and communicate effectively at all times
• Must be able to learn and assimilate information rapidly
• Must have an ownership spirit who wants to excel at their position
