• 1–2+ years on a high-volume hot line, flat top, grill, or fry station.
• Clean habits, tight sanitation/allergen awareness, and pride in sending out plates that match specs every time.
• Calm under ticket pressure, receptive to coaching, and proactive about mentoring newer team members.
• Punctuality, communication, and readiness to knock out prep before service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and stocked line stations and operate hot line, grill, or fry station.
• Support teammates during peak rushes and communicate clearly to ensure smooth service.
• Follow standardized procedures to consistently send out plates that meet specs.
• Assist with prep and station readiness before each service.
