Zusammenfassung

Puttshack is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to prepare, produce, plate and garnish menu items, ensuring the Executive Chef's standards are met. You will set up the station, maintain sanitation, and contribute to a high-energy guest experience.

Our venues operate open seven days a week, with flexible schedules and 15–30 hours per week for many positions. Prior high-volume restaurant kitchen experience and the ability to multitask calmly are essential, along with a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen.
• Ability to read a thermometer and follow safety guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Ensure overall guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate guests needs.
• Prepare, assemble, and plate menu items according to prescribed recipes and/or special requests.
• Communicate food delays or issues to Culinary Leadership.
• Ability to read a thermometer and food tickets correctly and efficiently.
• Accurately account for all items coming out of a station.
• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures, including MSDS.
• Take direction and be a team player.
• Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Associate Handbook.
• Other projects or duties as assigned, including but not limited to side-work, opening, and closing duties.
