Legacy Ventures is seeking a Kitchen Manager in Crystal River, FL to lead daily kitchen operations, ensure quality and safety, and drive team performance. You will oversee recipe adherence, staff training, and supplier relations while maintaining a high-energy, guest-focused environment.

The role requires extensive cooking experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to food safety. Expect active management of time, staff, and guest interactions in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• College or culinary training preferred.
• Minimum 1 year as KM or AKM in high-volume kitchen.
• Proven track record of developing and driving team performance in BOH.
• Extensive cooking and production experience.
• Commitment to quality service and knowledge of food & beverage.

Responsabilités

• Prepares daily production list.
• Ensures stations are stocked before and during meal periods.
• Verifies recipes and portion control.
• Manages expo and ticket lines for timeliness and quality.
• Keeps kitchen, dish, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Places food and supply orders as directed.
• Hires and trains employees to standards.
• Participates in management team as needed.
• Manages staffing levels during shifts.
