Legacy Ventures is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager or Kitchen Manager to lead daily kitchen operations in Crystal River, FL. You will ensure recipe and portion accuracy, supervise staff, and maintain food quality with consistent procedures.

You will manage expo, station readiness, inventory, and ordering while upholding safety standards and sanitation. This fast-paced role requires energetic leadership and teamwork in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• College or culinary training preferred.
• ≥1 year as KM or AKM in high-volume kitchen.
• Proven track record of developing and driving team performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepares daily production list.
• Keeps stations stocked before and during the meal period.
• Verifies recipes and portion sizes.
• Manages expo and ticket lines for timeliness and quality.
• Keeps kitchen, dish, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Places food and supply orders as directed.
• Receives product by verifying invoice and freshness.
• Hires and trains employees to company standards.
• Participates as a management team member.
• Manages staffing levels throughout shift.
• Performs additional duties as needed by exec chef/GM.
• Direct contact with guests, managers, and employees.
