Job summary

Nextgen Hospitality Solutions is seeking an Executive Kitchen Manager to lead a busy, full-service casual dining kitchen. You’ll coach line cooks, enforce standards, and keep service smooth during lunch and dinner rushes.

You’ll manage food cost, inventory, and vendor relationships while upholding food safety and sanitation. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities come with a competitive salary of $70,000–$90,000 plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-volume, full-service kitchen.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills under pressure.
• Working knowledge of food cost, labor, and P&L basics.
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Run daily kitchen operations through busy lunch and dinner rushes.
• Train, schedule, and coach hourly cooks and prep staff.
• Control food cost, waste, and inventory with weekly counts.
• Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health code standards.
• Order product, check deliveries, and manage vendor relationships.
