Job summary

Tin Lizzie Indianapolis One, LLC is seeking an Expeditor to ensure timely preparation of orders and accurate fulfillment of guest requests. You will coordinate with service and kitchen teams to expedite food to to-go, dining room, and bar areas while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

The ideal candidate has kitchen experience in high-volume environments, strong communication and leadership skills, and a valid Food Safety certification.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience and hospitality awareness are required.
• Must have a Food Safety certification as state law requires.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential for team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Follow Employee Handbook standards and expectations.
• Punctual check-in to General Manager/Department Manager.
• Perform opening set up, side work, and closing duties.
• Work assertively and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Maintain a neat, orderly work area and professional appearance.
• Pass mandatory tests with 90% or higher.
• Fulfill duties per performance standards.
• Assist with other related tasks as assigned by management.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high quality food and service.
• Expedite service to to-go, dining room, and bar areas.
• Utilize expo tickets to maintain workflow, control cost/waste, and drive sales.
• Organize ticket flow in expo area.
• Complete specific side work and station maintenance.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support service team to create repeat business and minimize guest issues.
