Job summary

Tin Lizzie Indianapolis One, LLC is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to prepare ingredients and assemble dishes per our recipes and specifications. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will work under the General Manager/Department Manager, attend shift meetings, and ensure timely prep and service.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid food safety certification as required by state law.
• Able to stand for 10 hours.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be able to read, write and speak in English.
• Must possess reliable transportation.
• Basic computer usage skills.
• Dress and appearance policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled shifts and follow policies and procedures.
• Punch in and report to the GM/Dept Manager on time.
• Prepare lunch/dinner items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain a friendly, professional attitude at all times.
• Stock station with food and equipment and prep 15 minutes before service.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures and 90% recipe accuracy.
• Ensure clean work area and proper rotation of perishables.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
