Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality and service‑minded attitude.
• Food safety certification required by state law.
• Able to stand for up to 10 hours.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Good hearing for safety and accurate communication.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic computer usage skills.
• Must possess valid food safety certification or related certification if required by state law.
• Dress and appearance policy compliance including black slip‑resistant shoes.

Responsibilities

• This position requires attendance as scheduled and policy and procedure compliance.
• Punch in, sign in and report to the General Manager/Department Manager on time.
• Prepare lunch/dinner menu items, prep amount, quality, and cleanliness per spec.
• Maintain a friendly, pleasant attitude at all times.
• Stock food products/equipment for station; clean and prepare service area before service.
• Do not leave the station during peak periods.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Ensure 100% recipe adherence and product quality.
• Maintain cleaning habits for all equipment and work areas.
• Attend scheduled meetings and communicate with teammates.
• Ensure products are stocked for smooth service; rotate perishables properly.
• Close station properly; assist others in closing; keep a professional appearance.
• Check station condition with supervisor at end of shift.
• Pass tests with 90% or greater; perform other duties as assigned.
