Qualifications

• Kitchen experience in a high-volume atmosphere.
• Food safety certification required.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to stand for 10 hours.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Basic computer usage skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well with a team under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Punch in, sign in and report to the General Manager on time.
• Perform opening set up, side work and closing duties.
• Expedite service to to-go, dining room and bar areas.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
• Ensure the highest quality preparation and presentation of food items.
• Organize expo tickets to maintain flow and control costs.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Support the service team to create new and repeat business.
