Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years of related inventory/stockroom experience.
• Foundational knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems for inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Monitors inventory levels and ensures materials are available to meet production and operational needs.
• Receives and counts stock items and records data using the computerized system.
• Packs and unpacks items to stock shelves.
• Conducts cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile stock discrepancies.
• Investigates and resolves inventory variances with procurement, warehouse, and production teams.
• Distributes materials based on incoming requisitions.
• Maintains accurate inventory records in the ERP/MRP system.
• Assists in packaging/shipping as needed (domestic and international).
• Collaborates with suppliers and internal stakeholders to track shipments.
• Assists in implementing inventory control policies and process improvements.
