Job summary

Precision Fluid Controls, Inc. is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist in Lincoln, CA. The role focuses on maintaining accurate records, cycle counting, material kitting, and ensuring smooth material flow to production on a fully on-site basis.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in inventory control, ERP/MRP system experience, and a detail-oriented, organized approach to work within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years inventory control or stockroom experience preferred.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and inventory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting, material transactions, and audits.
• Receive, store, and issue materials with inventory traceability.
• Kit materials for production jobs per work orders and schedules.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Organize stockroom and warehouse areas to support efficiency.
• Support production teams by ensuring material availability.
• Serve as a backup for Shipping and Receiving as needed.
• Follow quality, safety, and inventory control procedures.
