Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support high-volume hourly hiring initiatives across locations. You will review resumes, conduct outreach, schedule interviews, and assist with onboarding while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates with a strong interest in HR, proficient in MS Office, and familiar with ATS tools. This internship offers potential transition to full-time based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• Available to work 40 hours per week during the internship term.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems or recruiting technology is asset.

Responsibilities

• Support high-volume hourly recruitment across locations and functions.
• Review resumes to identify qualified hourly candidates.
• Conduct candidate outreach via phone, email, job boards, and social media.
• Coordinate interviews, events, and recruiting campaigns.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to meet staffing targets on time.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment activity in Lever (ATS).
• Assist with offer generation, pre-employment docs, and onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide pipeline updates and reports.
• Support job fair planning and community recruiting initiatives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain confidentiality.
