Kapitus is seeking a proactive HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will support posting jobs, data management in Paycom, and initial resume reviews, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment.

The role emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and process improvement, with exposure to recruiting strategies and metrics. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates seeking practical HR experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with or interest in learning ATS systems, especially Paycom.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate job and candidate records in the ATS (Paycom).
• Draft, update, and revise job descriptions to align with role expectations.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve processes.
• Participate in Talent Acquisition meetings and trainings.
• Support ad-hoc projects across Talent Acquisition and HR.
• Identify new recruiting sources and strategies to improve diversity.
• Assist in sourcing candidates and screening resumes.
