Daniels Health is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment across the organization, partnering with hiring leaders, crafting compelling role descriptions, and building pipelines to support growth in healthcare waste management, logistics, and operations.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage intake sessions, sourcing strategies, interviews, reference checks, offers, onboarding, and compliance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across departments.
• Experience recruiting for Operations, IT, Marketing, Finance, HR, Accounting, and related teams.
• Proven ability to design and execute sourcing strategies for competitive roles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle: intake, advertising, sourcing, pre-screening, interviews, reference checks, offers, and contracts.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop compelling job descriptions.
• Support onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee experience.
• Provide guidance on recruitment best practices, market insights, and compensation benchmarking.
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and advise on talent matters.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines for critical roles to support growth.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company recruitment policies.
• Research recruiting trends to drive continuous improvement.
