Job summary

Live Well Healthcare Solutions is seeking a talented Dietary Cook to join the team at Yardley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a Skilled Nursing Facility. The role focuses on preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner, following recipes and maintaining high presentation standards.

You will ensure kitchen sanitation, support inventory and recipe development, and assist with special events. Availability for every other weekend is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Classically trained Cook with experience in high-volume kitchen operations.
• Must be available to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Meal Preparation & culinary excellence following standardized recipes.
• Plate and garnish all cooked items for attractive presentation.
• Coordinate with Dietary Manager when they are absent to ensure meal prep and delivery.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation standards before and after food service.
• Manage inventory, rotate stock, assist with purchasing, and support recipe development and compliance.
• Handle last-minute culinary requests for special events and facility functions.
