Qualifications

• 2+ years in administrative operations, banking, accounting support, mailroom or document processing.
• Past phone/customer service support.
• Experience processing high volumes of transactions.

Responsibilities

• Enter transactions into automated accounting and processing systems.
• Research basic transactions, account discrepancies, and processing exceptions.
• Gather, organize, and compile information from multiple sources.
• Follow detailed procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Operate scanners, imaging systems, and mail-processing equipment.
• Open, sort, and prepare incoming mail and check documents for processing.
• Scan, index, and route documents to the appropriate business units.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from clients.
