• Ability to measure and portion accurately; strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in preparation, cooking, and portioning of large quantities of food.
• Prepare items in batches to ensure service without interruption.
• Follow recipes and maintain high quality and presentation.
• Cook and store foods at required temperatures; ensure food safety.
• Keep production records and assist with forecasting.
• Maintain sanitation of coolers, freezers and storerooms.
• Attend production meetings and contribute ideas.
• Perform duties according to food safety and sanitation standards.
