Job summary

Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Beverage Utility Clerk to maintain beverage self-serve stations, carts, portable bar equipment, and storage areas to support efficient Food and Beverage service.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least 3 months of related experience, and being 21 years or older. Responsibilities include stocking stations, assisting with setup/breakdown of functions, and ensuring clean, organized beverage areas in a casino-resort setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in the English language.
• Must be able to perform simple mathematical operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Must provide friendly and efficient service to guests and team members, addressing their needs and resolving issues.
• Must have clear and effective communication with guests and team members.
• Must be able to work under pressure by staying calm and efficient during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Services, stocks, and maintains the cleanliness of beverage self-serve stations, ensuring they are well-organized and presentable.
• Fills beverage carts with coffee, sodas, juices, and other necessary condiments and supplies and keeps them stocked and ready for use.
• Performs the setup, servicing, and breakdown of special functions, ensuring beverage-related needs are met.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper storage of portable bars and bar storage areas, and cleans related fixtures.
• Escorts beverage vendors through authorized Back of House areas.
