Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop relationships with insurance brokers, trucking companies, fleets, and distribution partners.
• Make 100+ outbound calls and send 30+ emails per day.
• Research each account's operations, fleet size, equipment, lanes, and loss history before outreach.
• Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline with accurate activity and notes in CRM.
• Qualify opportunities and hand them off to Account Executives with context and next steps.
• Support accounts through onboarding and first bind, collaborating with sales, underwriting, and operations to clear blockers fast.
• Spot additional revenue and distribution opportunities within accounts.
