HMSHost is hiring a Bartender to greet guests, take orders, and craft cocktails and other beverages with precision and care. You will also serve beer and other drinks, manage transactions, and communicate any issues to the manager on duty to ensure smooth service.

The role requires maintaining a high standard of service, following alcohol awareness procedures, and upholding HMSHost policies. This is a non-exempt, on-site position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of bartending experience.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits and their preparation.
• Capable of interacting with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take drink/food orders.
• Mix beverages following recipes and product directions.
• Handle payments and operate cash registers per company policy.
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar area.
• Follow HMSHost policies for alcohol service and cash handling.
• Communicate ticket times and issues to management as needed.
