Qualifications

• At least 1 year of bartending experience.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcohol.
• Strong customer service and cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take drink/food orders.
• Follow recipes and directions for mixing beverages.
• Collect payments and operate cash registers.
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures and policies.
• Maintain clean, sanitized and well-stocked bar.
