The position emphasizes bartending knowledge, adherence to drinking-age laws, and delivering excellent guest experiences in a bustling venue. This is a non-exempt, on-site role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Requires at least 1 year of closely related bartending experience.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits and their presentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take food and drink orders, and upsell when appropriate.
• Follow recipes for mixing beverages and prepare cocktails.
• Handle payments and operate cash registers following cash handling policies.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar.
• Adhere to alcohol awareness procedures and manage intoxicated guests.
