Job summary

Flight Club in New York City is seeking a Bartender to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced, social darts venue. You will maintain knowledge of the menu, policies, and pre-batch processes while providing a welcoming experience.

Role supports both part-time and full-time schedules, with required weekend/holiday availability. Responsibilities include accurate POS entries, helping guests with preferences, and assisting with opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment.
• Able to stand and/or walk for long periods and lift over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service by understanding guests' preferences and responding promptly to their needs, using full knowledge of menus and policies.
• Accurately ring in all food, beverage, gaming, and event charges into the POS.
• Open and close procedures to prepare for service and ensure areas are cleared at day’s end.
• Train new bartenders to uphold company standards and contribute to a high-performing team.
