Job summary

Flight Club, the world’s first Social Darts experience, is seeking bartenders to deliver high-quality, knowledge-based service in a fast-paced, energetic venue in Atlanta.

Responsibilities include accurate orders, knowledge of menus, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere; must hold valid food handlers and alcohol certifications, and be able to stand long shifts, weekends included, with tips supplementing pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably within a high-volume environment.
• Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Authorized to legally work in the US.
• Availability to work various shift times including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Listen to the Customer
• Deliver exceptional service by understanding guests' preferences and responding promptly to their needs, leveraging full knowledge of menus, packages, alcohol policies and pre-batch process
• Build rapport with guests through excellent communication skills and a welcoming attitude
• Show Urgency
• Execute opening and closing procedures efficiently, ensuring all sections are prepared for service
• Proactively anticipate guest needs and act quickly to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience
• Create Positive Energy
• Foster a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for both guests and colleagues by maintaining a positive attitude during service
• Train new bartenders to uphold company standards and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team
