Job summary

Flight Club is seeking a part-time Server for our New York City location (19D38 - Flight Club NYC, NY 10003). Deliver a high‑quality guest experience with passion and in-depth menu knowledge within our energetic darts venue.

Requirements include current food handlers and alcohol certifications, 2+ years in a high‑volume setting, weekend availability, ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably within a high‑volume environment.
• Available to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs. if necessary.
• Authorized to legally work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Listen to the Customer and deliver exceptional service with knowledge of menus, packages and alcohol policies.
• Build rapport with guests through excellent communication and a welcoming attitude.
• Use the till system responsibly to process transactions and minimize errors.
• Adhere to pre‑order processes to reduce waste and streamline operations.
• Execute opening and closing procedures efficiently and prepare sections for service.
• Train new servers to uphold company standards and contribute to a high‑performing team.
