Flight Club DC in Washington, DC is seeking a bartender to deliver a high-energy, guest-focused service in our social darts venue. You will ensure accurate orders, showcase menu knowledge, and contribute to an upscale, fun experience while handling food and beverage details with precision.

The role requires current food handler and alcohol certifications, at least two years in a high-volume setting, ability to stand for long periods, and flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Current food handler and alcohol certification maintained.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in high-volume environments.
• Available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand and lift 50+ lbs.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service with knowledge of menus and packages.
• Ring in all food, beverage, gaming, and event charges into the POS.
• Open/close procedures and set up for service.
• Create a welcoming energy and train new bartenders.
