Job summary

Flight Club Atlanta seeks an energetic Bartender to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced, social darts environment. You will handle food and beverage orders, maintain knowledge of menus, policies, and pre-batch processes, and contribute to an upbeat guest experience.

Requirements include current food handlers and alcohol certifications, 2+ years in a high-volume setting, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably within a high-volume environment.
• Available to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand and/ or walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift over 50+ lbs. if necessary.
• Authorized to legally work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Listen to the Customer and deliver exceptional service using knowledge of menus, packages, alcohol policies and pre-batch process.
• Build rapport with guests through excellent communication skills and a welcoming attitude.
• Accurately ring in all food, beverage, gaming, and event charges into the POS.
• Adhere to pre-order and pre-batch processes to reduce waste and streamline operations.
• Execute opening and closing procedures efficiently and prepare sections for service.
• Proactively anticipate guest needs and ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience.
• Train new bartenders to uphold company standards and contribute to a high-performing team.
