Job summary

Flight Club Darts is seeking a bartender to deliver a high-energy, guest-focused experience at our Clayton, MO location. You will efficiently ring in orders, serve craft cocktails and beverages, and maintain an upbeat atmosphere in a fast-paced environment.

Two years of high-volume bartending experience and current food handlers/alcohol certifications are required. This role offers tips, benefits, and potential for full-time hours in a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications

• Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably within a high-volume environment.
• Available to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand and/or walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift over 50+ lbs. if necessary.
• Authorized to legally work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Listen to the Customer
• Deliver exceptional service by understanding guests' preferences and responding promptly to their needs, leveraging full knowledge of menus, packages, alcohol policies and pre-batch process
• Build rapport with guests through excellent communication skills and a welcoming attitude.
• Be Respectful of Company Resources
• Accurately ring in all food, beverage, gaming, and event charges into the POS
• Adhere to pre-order and pre-batch processes to reduce waste and streamline operations
• Show Urgency
• Execute opening and closing procedures efficiently, ensuring all sections are prepared for service and cleared at the end of the day
• Proactively anticipate guest needs and act quickly to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience
• Create Positive Energy
• Foster a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for both guests and colleagues by maintaining a positive attitude during service
• Train new bartenders to uphold company standards and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team
• Must be able to pass exams with a 90% or better in each of the following categories: Food and Beverage
• All issued training testing throughout employment
