Job summary

Treasure Island Resort & Casino in Welch, MN is seeking a bartender to prepare and serve beverages in a high-volume environment. You will ensure guest satisfaction, maintain a clean bar area, and follow safety and legal regulations.

Responsibilities include mixing and serving drinks per recipes, handling POS transactions accurately, and supporting supplies and station setup. Required: 1 year bartending experience; preferred: HS diploma and cash handling experience. TIPS training encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1 year bartending experience.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 1 year cash handling and POS experience.
• Knowledge of safe alcohol service (TIPS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mix, garnish, and serve beverages according to recipes.
• Serve guests following TIPS and safety regulations.
• Ring and complete transactions accurately.
• Requisition supplies to maintain pars.
