Qualifications

• 1-year guest service experience preferably in a fast-paced fine-dining restaurant.
• Ability to work fast and efficiently.
• Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Memorize table numbers, seat positions and interpret the kitchen display system.
• Finalize the presentation of plates and monitor the quality and safety of food.
• Assist servers in the coordination, completion, and packaging of to-go orders.
