Job summary

Treasure Island Hotel Casino in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a part-time bartender to greet guests, mix cocktails, and provide exceptional service at the beverage bar in a high-volume setting. You will stock the bar to par levels, follow ABC laws, handle cash per department procedures, and maintain a clean, organized workstation for each shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year bartending experience in a high-volume hotel / restaurant required
• Pleasing personality and ability to communicate with customers
• Communicate effectively in English both verbally and written forms
• Knowledge of ABC laws

Responsibilities

• Greet and converse with guests to suggest or receive cocktail order
• Prepare and serve cocktails to customers following hotel guidelines
• Clean and organize bar to beverage department standards
• Prepare order to replenish stock at bar to pre-determined par levels
• Provide exceptional service to customers
• Follow departmental cash handling policies and procedures
• Prepare cocktails for cocktail servers
• Knowledge of wine and champagne service at table games
• Work station must be maintained and left stocked and cleaned for next shift
• Ensure correct health and sanitation practices are followed
