Job summary

Treasure Island Resort & Casino in Welch, MN is seeking a beverage server to deliver exceptional service to casino guests. You will maintain the bar and dining stations, handle cash and POS transactions, and ensure accurate service while adhering to safety and tipping policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required
• 1 year experience as a food and beverage server familiar with tray service
• 1 year experience with a computerized POS system (i.e. Micros, NCR)
• Proven knowledge of alcohol service

Responsibilities

• Provide superior beverage service for designated area to casino guests
• Assist with supplying and cleaning wait station
• Handle cash and reconcile bank for all alcohol served per policies
• Utilize TIPS training to prevent and recognize alcohol-related concerns
