Qualifications

• 1+ year of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• OR automotive sales, parts, or service experience in a dealership or related industry.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers, listen to concerns, and provide repair recommendations and estimates.
• Sell and promote vehicle maintenance, repair services, and protection plans.
• Build lasting customer relationships through clear communication and follow-up.
• Document repair orders and coordinate with technicians for timely, quality repairs.
• Monitor progress and keep customers updated throughout the service process.
• Help maintain CSI, profitability, and OEM guideline compliance.
