Job summary

Temco Logistics, a subsidiary of The Home Depot, seeks a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with 7+ years in high-volume AP workflows. You will log, verify invoices, resolve discrepancies, and respond to vendor inquiries.

You will manage 3PL and freight invoices, perform three-way matching against POs, process via SAP S/4Hana, and support month-end accruals and audits in a fast-paced environment. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• AA/BS in accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in accounts payable procedures.
• Experience with data entry programs and ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; intermediate level.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and independence.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify vendor invoices in SAP S/4Hana.
• Reconcile corporate card charges monthly.
• Perform three-way matching with POs and receiving docs.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and manage AP inbox.
• Assist with month-end accruals, aging reports, and audits.
• Logistics invoice auditing for 3PL and freight forwarders.
