Responsibilities

• Review and log invoices, verify charges, and resolve discrepancies.
• Process high-volume AP invoices from 3PLs, freight forwarders, and carriers.
• Three-way match invoices against POs and receiving documents.
• Reconcile statements, respond to vendor inquiries, and perform month-end accruals.
• Own AP inbox, classify inquiries, and ensure 24-hour response when possible.
