Harvard Integrations is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support the Finance department with invoice entry, payment processing, and vendor record maintenance. You will review invoices, coding, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and timely payments.

The role requires 1–3 years in accounting or AP, familiarity with GAAP, and strong attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work independently are essential for success in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred but not required.
• 1-3 years related accounting or accounts payable experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and code invoices, routing, entry and payment processing.
• Review invoices, purchase orders, packing slips, receipts, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Enter invoices with accurate coding, due dates, payment terms, and tax treatment.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and questions.
• Maintain vendor records, W-9 documentation, and 1099-related information.
• Assist with month-end close activities, accruals and reconciliations.
• Support documentation review and record management.
