Responsibilities

• Processing and coding vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Perform three-way match.
• Preparing invoices for payment approval and check runs.
• Managing company credit card receipts and reconciliations.
• Reconciling expenses and posting transactions within the accounting system.
• Responding to vendor inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintaining AP records, files, and supporting documentation.
• Assisting with month-end close activities and account analysis.
