• Process check requests, expense reports and vendor payments.
• Review and reconcile corporate credit card transactions.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues.
• Track payments, purchase orders and outstanding invoices.
• Assist with monthly reporting and account analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and efficiency.
