Job summary

firstPRO 360 is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join its Decatur, GA team for accounts payable. The role handles invoicing, utility bills, expense reports, vendor inquiries, and ledger coding in a collaborative AP team environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in AP, strong Excel skills (pivot, VLOOKUP), and ERP experience. Hybrid schedule after an initial onsite period, with office presence two days weekly.

Qualifications

• At least three years of accounts payable experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience with an ERP or enterprise-wide accounting system.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, utility bills, check requisitions, and expense reports.
• Review invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Attach documentation in ERP and code to general ledger accounts.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and verify vendor data.
• Reconcile vendor statements and prepare AP/AR subledgers.
