Job summary

gevernova is seeking a skilled Production Test Operator for its High Voltage lab. You will perform current transformer testing (Hi-pot, ratios), gas tightness testing of circuit breakers, and dielectric testing to ensure compliance with PITs, standards, and customer specs.

Responsibilities include documenting test data, preparing reports, maintaining a safe work area, and assisting engineers with test procedures. Must lift up to 35 lbs and follow OSHA guidelines in a high-voltage environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years of related experience in test, quality control, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT testing: Hi-pot and ratios per PIT and standards.
• Perform gas tightness testing on circuit breakers per PIT and standards.
• Perform high voltage dielectric testing on circuit breakers per PIT and standards.
• Document test data, prepare reports, ensure traceability of records.
• Maintain clean, safe lab work area and follow safety rules.
• Coordinate with engineers and technicians on test results and issues.
